About Life

Some people think that life is not as pleasurable as it should be. It can be as rough as a stone and so tough that even himself/herself does not know the real reason behind. How come some life is so low or even so dirty? How come? If it is really hard then live it to the fullest. Just try and every thing will be fine. Tongue can hurt someone!

Did you ever experience to be bitten by some ants and it really hurt you so much. The worsts part is sometimes it will cause a severe pain and the stings can cause itching for several day and can potentially become infected. How come such a small ants could cause so much pain? AQUARIUM as stress prevention! (#3)

This is the vital part of having an aquarium. I guess you had time to read the part 1 & part 2 before concentrating about the third part which is CLEANING. The challenge for me is this part because it will really detect your ability to have an aquarium. Cleaning is the hardest and the most fulfilling part coz it will help you to develop more patience and be able to work-out your stress problem. Having a hobby aquarium needs at least 60 to 90 minutes of your time to clean every single part of it. (**photo courtesy of Flickr)

What are the things needed to clean?

• old toothbrush
• pail
• dipper
• roll paper
• old newspaper
  

Steps on how to clean your aquarium:

• Use an old newspaper to cover the floor to avoid dirt while cleaning.
• 
  
• Unplug everything that give electricity to avoid accident.
• 
  
• Uncover the aquarium.

• Get the empty clean pail, be sure it is really clean, wash thoroughly to avoid death of fish. Start reducing the water inside the aquarium using the dipper. Stop when it is halfway.

• Remove all the things inside excluding the stone or sand and fishes.

• Clean the inside part of the glass using old toothbrush and wipe it with roll paper.
  

• Reduce again the water until it is only 2 inches above the stone or sand. Check the lowest side of the glass if it is really clean. Use again the tooth brush to get rid of all the dirt.
  

• Get at least half of the sand(only sand or stone) and quickly wash it(just plain water!) until it shows to be really clear and clean.
  

• Return all the stone or sand, be careful not to hurt your fish.

• Pour water until the original height has been reached.

• Add again your liquid solution that will make the water suitable for the fish.

• Go back to all the gadgets including decor, plastic plants etc. Clean it thoroughly. Give importance to your filter machine. It should be really clean!

• Place all the gadgets, decor including the filter and heater in its proper place.

• Clean the cover of the aquarium using the roll paper again. Place it to its proper position.

• Plug all the electric parts of the aquarium like lights, heater and filter.
  

Easy!? Definitely not! But do not worry, it is a matter of experience and patience. Once you love it and admit to yourself that it is a part of your life then everything will be EASY!

Do not use any liquid solution in cleaning. JUST PLAIN WATER!!!

Our wives are not Devil! It's the Dirt!

I have to admit the fact that I am the MAN at home. Whatever my wife says like 'take care the kids, cook something, feed the dog, throw the garbage, clean the garage and cut the lawn' must be done with so much respect and love(he he he). The only thing that I could not follow is cleaning the dirt inside our home specially the dust at the bottom of each bedroom. How come she is always asking help whenever she saw a lot of dust at each side of furniture? How come she is calling my name whenever there are things to be moved for her to get rid all the dust at the back of the couch? How come?! And I asked her one time and she was even smiling a little and got a replied ' coz I have been telling you to buy a cordless vacuum cleaner'. • Plan - a certain vacation that will be reasonable and enjoyable for everyone. Prioritize kids suggestions. Do not forget to ask their ideas about the future vacation. Be sure that the kids will enjoy and do not be selfish as a parents.
• Look - for someone to take care your home, garden and even small details like taking care your dog if you have one. One reason why some families could not have at least 2 weeks vacation is the problem of who and how the home will be taken care.
• Compare - the prize of a certain vacation that has been planned. Do not book unless you had been comparing other prizes from several agencies. Sometimes there is a chance to get a lesser prize on a group tour. Encourage your friends to join if there will be a promo about group tour to get special discount.
• Safety - of each family member has to be considered also. Do not go to some places that could be dangerous to your kids health. Do not visit a certain place that could be zero knowledge to you and to your wife also. Avoid places that needs a lot of vaccination because it will add also to your budget. Never consider a low prize vacation but in mind there are some doubts of unsafeness.

Enjoying family vacation does not mean to be expensive. Being with each other and having a great time could be fun also!
