Who is SELFISH?

If parents have extra sense when there are some problems with their kids then beware, your kids could also sense some bad character of a person. Would you believe that a 5 year old kid could analyze a certain problem and you will be surprised to some comment.

J : Dad, where are we going this weekend?
Me : Ahmm...your mom like to shop something in Parndorf (designer outlet in Austria).
J : Wow!!! Can I join? I like to have new shoes! Vans please!
M : Me too please!
My wife : Ok, but you have to sleep early on Friday night coz we will be leaving early.

(To make the story short, we had a great time looking for nice shoes for the two kids. After paying the shoes, I decided to bring first all of it to our car. At the parking lot , I saw a great scene, Mercedes Benz vs. Audi)

Wife of Audi owner : (Running and immediately stand at one slot of the parking lot) No! No! I saw it first. It is occupied already.
Owner of MB : Are you crazy?! Your car was parked already at the opposite side. (a matter of minutes)

(I really saw the Audi parked at the opposite side but not really the best park space for the long car)

Wife of Audi owner : No! No! (really maintaining her cool posture he he he)
Owner of MB : You are really crazy. I will not drive away here(even blocking other car waiting) and let us see how long you are going to stay there standing?
Owner of Audi : (rushing, going to his wife at the opposite side) No! No! I will park my car here.
Owner of MB : Then you will stand there until the whole day!

(Until I saw some people who really hate the scene and giving so much headache for other park finder. I decided to go back to my family and told them why it took me so long to go back)

Me : I saw some great scene at the parking lot blah blah blah(told the whole story)
M (youngest son) : I think Dad, the Audi is selfish! Let us have lunch! I am hungry now!

We laughed and had a great time during our lunch.

It only shows that a kid can sense a bad character. Do not be selfish coz it will not be a good example for our kids. Smile!

Do not close your door!

Afraid of something? Thinking that what you had before will be the same future for your kids? What if your past is not the ideal one? Will you allow it to happen also to your kids? Definitely not! But how come you always have the doubt within your heart. Ever been asking God why?

God never again opens the doors that have been closed. He opens other doors,but he remind us that there are doors which we have shut - doors which had no need to be shut.

Dad out there, never be afraid when God brings back your past. Let your bad memories have its way with you.

Winning a Lotto!!!

Euro 10,000,000!!!! What will you do when you win that amount of money!!??

My wife : I did play lottery today! (smiling)
Me : Owww?!!! How much is the jackpot?
My Wife : 10 million (talking of euro here)
Me : Ok (he he he pretending not interested)
M(youngest son) : Ahmmm mom, is 10 million a lot?!
J (eldest son) : Yap and I dont like that we win Mom! (seriously speaking)
My wife : Are you serious J?!
J : Yes coz I am afraid of something.
My wife : Afraid of what?
J : Ahmmm, having a lot of money, we might not see each other. I am sure we will have a big house. It is better to have a small house mom rather than not seeing each other.

Do you really need a big house? A small house can be your home also with full of love and everything!

One time a friend of mine sent an e-mail and it really made my day. I just like to share and hope you will enjoy and have a little fun out of it.

Scene 1

Wife : Sweetheart can you fix the lighting outside in our garage?
Husband : Hellooooooo....am I electrician?
Wife : Ok...then can you fix the leaking faucet?
Husband : Hellooooooo....am I a plumber?

(The husband just left away and after several hours, to his surprise everything has been repaired. He asked his wife who came to help. )

Wife : Ahmmm.....I 've been crying a while ago and someone saw me.I told him that a lot of things has to be repaired at home. So he offered to help in exchange of either sex or I will bake a cake.
Husband : So. You bake a cake for him?
Wife : Helloooooooooo......Do you think I am a baker!?

Scene 2

Husband came from the church , suddenly lifted his wife and carried her.
Wife : Why???? Did the priest told you to be romantic like this????
Husband : No!!! He told me to carry my cross!

Scene 3

Wife : I am warning you!!! My husband is coming in just 1 hour!!!
Handsome Visitor : Well, I am not doing anything bad.
Wife : That is the point!!! If you plan to do something, do it now!!!!

Scene 4

Wife : Miracle, you are so early today!
Husband : I just follow what my Boss said. 'GO TO HELL'. I am here now!

Thinking what sport is good for your kid?

As a father, are you sometimes bothered about the sports that is appropriate to your kid or the worse, you are asking how come your kid does not like any sports? Do not worry because there are sports that he could like. If not, there are other ways to stay active and have fun. How?

Understand the Nature of the Sport

One of the reason why kids do not like a certain sport is because they do not know or understand how to play it or they have not had much practice doing it. The nature of some sports are complicated and deals with a lot of equipment. So do not feel down when your kid does not know the difference between a corner kick and a goal kick in soccer. It is normal learning several years about a favorite sport and practicing how to do it well. If you really want your kid to learn about a certain sport, then introduce your kids to a camp or programs dealing in it. The best way of learning than just joining a team without explaining first. Never skip an intramural programs or gym class because it could be also a way of trying a new sports with other kids. Another way of learning a sport is to watch videos or DVD or read books that explain every details of the sport.

Choose the Right Sport

Most of the kids try soccer, tennis or basketball. Some kids are strong and graceful. Others are aiming for great thing. Every sports require different skills. So kids will try every sports until one suits. How about karate or volleyball or gymnastics? They are great for staying active. However, not all kids like team sports and it is better for them to try individual sports. Individual sports means a kid does the sport alone competitively or just for fun. What are those?
