B and I has been married for about 12 yrs and I could say we are not exempted on trials, problem, stress with kids and we are even active serving the CFC (Couples for Christ). I admire B coz she never been so authoritive and she has been using 'IS IT OK?' as a start of a certain dialogue that needs something to be done like for some instances:
- 'Is it ok if you have time, can you throw the garbage?'
- 'Is it ok if you send some money to my parents, do we have the budget?'
- 'Is it ok if you iron also one of my blazer, if you have time please?'
- 'Is it ok if you check J's assignment? I could not do it tonight coz I will be late.'
- 'Is it ok if we attend the afternoon mass instead the morning one?'
- 'Is it ok if you lower your voice coz it will do nothing if you are shouting the kids?'
- 'Is it ok if you cook for us? We miss your style Dad.'
- 'Is it ok if you could not be a hot temper person?'

Exercise:
1. MWF (Mon, Wed, Fri) - 15 minutes biking (stationary bike) & 3 x 30 counts sit-ups
2. TTHS (Tue, Thu, Sat) - 15 minutes dumbells & 3 x 30 counts sit-ups
Food:
Breakfast - 1 glass of milk or coffee with milk
1 Sandwich(just put bacon or spread fruit jam)

what will happen to me!?
Floodwater mosquitoes deposit their eggs singly in low-lying areas that will be flooded later. Under normal summer temperatures, large numbers of biting mosquitoes will emerge about two weeks after heavy rains and can be a major nuisance problem for several weeks. A vicious biter, this mosquito will commonly fly 10 or more miles from where they hatch, particularly along prevailing winds. Floodwater mosquitoes have not been significant disease carriers.
Do all mosquitoes carry disease?
The most common human illness carried by mosquitoes is encephalitis. This inflammation of the brain is caused by viruses and the disease can range from mild to severe. Severe symptoms include rapid onset of severe headaches, high fever and mental disturbances, such as confusion, irritability, tremors, stupor and coma. Severe cases sometimes end in death or with survivors suffering permanent physical and mental disabilities.
What is the best way to reduce populations of mosquitoes?
The first and best defense against these pests and the illnesses they may carry is to eliminate the places where they breed. Here are a few suggestions:
- Remove or empty water in old tires, tin cans, buckets, drums, bottles or other places where mosquitoes might breed. Be sure to check clogged gutters and flat roofs that may have poor drainage. Make sure cisterns, cesspools, septic tanks, fire barrels, rain barrels and trash containers are covered tightly with a lid or with 16-mesh screen.
- Empty plastic wading pools at least once a week and store indoors when not in use. Unused swimming pools should be covered or drained during the mosquito season. (Note: If you choose to drain your pool, be sure the hydrostatic relief valve is open in order to keep it from floating out of the ground if the water table rises.)
- Change the water in bird baths and plant pots or drip trays at least once each week.
- Store boats covered or upside down, or remove rainwater weekly.
- Empty your pet's water bowl daily.
- Level the ground around your home so water can run off and not collect in low spots. Fill in holes or depressions near your home that accumulate water.
- Fill in tree rot holes and hollow stumps that hold water.
- If you have an ornamental water garden, stock it with mosquito-eating fish (e.g., minnows, "mosquito fish," or goldfish). They eat mosquito larvae.
- Keep weeds and tall grass cut short; adult mosquitoes look for these shady places to rest during the hot daylight hours.
-Use a flyswatter or household spray to kill mosquitoes, flies or other insects that get into buildings. Spray shrubbery and high weeds to kill adult insects. (Check the insecticide label to make the sure the spray will not damage flowers or ornamental plants.)
- Small impoundments of water can be treated for mosquito larvae with "Bti," a bacterial insecticide. Many hardware stores carry doughnut-shaped Bti briquets (Mosquito Dunks R) for this purpose. Be sure to follow the insecticide label directions exactly.
- Some mosquito control methods are not very effective. Bug zappers are not effective in controlling biting mosquitoes. Various birds and bats will eat mosquitoes, but there is little scientific evidence that this reduces mosquitoes around homes.
- Community-wide mosquito abatement efforts can be quite effective if they are conducted as part of an integrated pest management program. This includes monitoring and draining or treating areas where mosquitoes breed — such as street catch basins, occasionally flooded marshes, river backwater areas, swamps and other low-lying areas.
How can people protect themselves from mosquito bites?
- Avoid places and times when mosquitoes bite. Generally, the peak biting periods occur just before and after sunset and again just before dawn. Each species, however, has its own peak period of biting.
- Be sure door and window screens are tight-fitting and in good repair.
- Wear appropriate clothing. Long-sleeved tops and long pants made of tightly woven materials keep mosquitoes away from the skin. Be sure, too, that your clothing is light colored. Keep trouser legs tucked into boots or socks.
- Use mosquito netting when sleeping outdoors or in an unscreened structure and to protect small babies any time.
- When it is necessary to be outdoors, apply insect repellent as indicated on the repellent label. The more DEET a product contains, the longer the repellant can protect against mosquito bites. However, concentrations higher than 50 percent do not increase the length of protection. For most situations, 10 percent to 25 percent DEET is adequate. Apply repellents to clothes whenever possible; apply sparingly to exposed skin if label permits. Consult a physician before using repellents on young children.

maybe these are the reasons why your kid does not like YOU
'Yap I will attend and watch you in your first recital'
Did you?
- coz you don't like sports
'Yap I will teach you how to kick ball'
Did you?
- coz you don't talk
'Yap I will explain it to you later, I will finish something first.'
Did you?
- coz your love has bounds
'Yap I love you son'
Does he feel it?
- coz you are full of authority
'Yap you must do that and this and blah blah blah'
Is it too much?
- coz you don't have one-on-one time
'Dad I have a problem, can we talk?' 'Ok later'
Did you?
- coz you talk down your kid
'You are not asked to give a decision!'
Hmmmm...it hurt
- coz you don't listen
'Did you get what I mean Dad?'
Did you?
- coz you are 'buying love'
'I don't like expensive gifts Dad not even extravagant vacation, what I need is your love'
How about that?
- coz you don't share your life to your kid
'Dad why are you lonely? Can I help?'
Kids can connect to you if you open your life, desires, dreams and interest to them.
- coz you don't like to FORGIVE
'I am sorry Dad'
Did you forgive him or ....?
It is not too late. Do your best!

some kids do not like vegie, M hates it also BUT I have a secret recipe

How come kids do not like vegie? M hates to eat it also. And I ask myself why? I can see him sometimes, trying to eat vegie but his mouth won't accept it. Weird but I can see him trying his best coz we always say 'Vegie has a lot of vitamins and kids specially like him should eat coz the human body needs nutricious food'. And we quote sometimes 'M you will be sick if you do not eat vegie...he he he'. And he is really trying but he can't. Until we discover a nice recipe that is light to prepare for every father (one of my favorite 'easy to do recipe'). I called it 'Vegie Omelet'
You just need the ff:
4 pcs egg (well beaten)
1 pc. onion ( chopped)
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 pcs. tomato (chopped)
1 pc carrot (chopped)
125 g. sprouted mung bean
1 tbsp. soja sauce
1 pc vege cube (knorr or any brand)
How to do the 'Vegie Omelet'?
Step 1. Saute the vegie cube then onion, tomato, carrot& sprouted mung bean. Season with garlic and soja sauce. Set aside when it is done.
Step 2. Mix the sauted food to the bitten egg. (Be sure to mix well)
Step 3. Get another non stick frying pan (see the above fig) , put some oil (pls. calculate your oil and be sure that when you put the mixed egg , it will not be soaked). Pre-heat for 2 mins under low fire.
Step 4. Carefully put the mixed egg and cook it slowly. (Tip: when the side tip of the omelet is getting too brown in color, you can slowly turn your omelet so that the other side will be cooked)
Congratulations! You have now a nutricious vegie omelet and I am sure your kids will love it. Do not forget the catsup. Smile!
